Elbow Room St Kilda
The first restaurant we tried when I first got the AUD60 entertainment book of Greater Melbourne. I must say for a cafe lounge, they serve pretty decent meals. The crab linguini is highly recommended to whoever's reading this and happen to be in Melbourne.
